Philippe started his career over 30 years ago learning his trade in Paris. He came to England in 1999 to work for Maison Blanc moving on to cater for events such as Wimbledon, Chelsea football club and Twickenham Ruby, to name a few.
In 2013 he decided to take his skills and open a patisserie using his own individual French style. He specialises in French center pieces being one of a few in the surrounding area to make these.
Having built up his reputaion as a leading patissiere in Torquay he is now creating his own line of French style bread.
In 2014 he was joined by his partner Lesley. They have created a warm and intimate place to relax, have coffee, and of course enjoy a fabulous cake!
